Above is a picture of an E.L.F. eyeshadow brush. E.L.F. is a website (www.eyeslipsface.com) that sells cheap, good quality makeup. Most of their products cost $1 and $3. You can also buy E.L.F. products at Target and some Wal Marts. I bought this brush at Wal Mart about 2-3 weeks ago for a dollar. When I first saw it, I noticed the packaging right away. It looked good and professional. When I first saw the brush, I was kinda shocked/disappointed for two reasons. Firstly, it looked really cheap (the handle) and it was tiny. I guess this is what you get for one dollar. I still bought it because many people love this brush and I wanted to test it out. I used this brush numerous times. Here's my opinion. I don't like the handle but I do like the bristles. The bristles are really soft and densely packed. I like the way it applies eyeshadow but it feels more like a blending brush. Since the bristle part of the brush is kinda big/wide, it was somewhat difficult to apply eyeshadow in a specific area. Overall, I think the brush is worth one dollar. The handle isn't the best but the bristles were very good for only a buck. I would repurchase this brush.
